Notes: Atlanterra’s Playa Los Alemanes does not have restaurants or bars which means limited car parking becomes a problem in the summer months. The villa is situated on the side of Atlanterra with access to restaurants/bars/hotels.
- Wind protection – mountain behind the house protects the terrace in the frequent high winds. Notes: The house is in the lee of the mountain and the terrace direction offers protection from sometimes strong Levante winds which can make most terraces unbearable.

Villa Isbilia has a light and airy feel designed and furnished to high standards.
The house has two levels:
On the Ground floor there is a fully fitted open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. The lounge leads directly to an outside terrace overlooking the pool and garden with spectacular sea views. There is a WC plus a large downstairs bedroom with en suite.
On the Second floor there is one en-suite bedroom and two further bedrooms with a separate family bathroom. The third bedroom, being the master bedroom, has an extensive sun terrace with romantic sea views. There is a separate study with ethernet port off the terrace.
All bed linen, duvets and towels are provided.
The swimming pool is a good size and is designed with a seating area to enjoy pool side drinks sitting in the water. The BBQ area with table and chairs adjacent is beside the pool and downstairs terrace.
